Our Functional Team

Stephan Keller
Chief Executive Officer/Owner

Stephan Keller has been the CEO of Sodexis since he started the company in 2006, he holds a Ph.D. in Physics and has about 10 years of research in academics and over 20 years of business experience. Through his academic and business careers, he has accumulated a well of experience analyzing processes, writing, managing, and providing support for different types of software applications. One of his strengths is his ability to bridge the gap between the business world and the IT world.

Cecilie Barreto
Director of Implementation (North America)

Cecilie Barreto earned her bachelor of science in computer engineering from the University of Central Florida in 2018. While pursuing her undergraduate education, she gained experience in construction project management, developing valuable skills in organization and analysis. After graduating, Cecilie dove headfirst into the world of Odoo, accumulating five years of experience across seven different versions. Her niche expertise lies in accounting and process optimization, where her passion thrives. Cecilie is known for her ability to simplify complex accounting procedures and make them more accessible, contributing significantly to the businesses she collaborates with. Her journey exemplifies a dedication to mastering Odoo, bridging the gap between technology and user-friendliness, and delivering innovative solutions to enhance businesses’s processes. 

Noémie (Nemo) Keller
Director of Implementation (Europe, Middle East, Africa)

Noémie (Nemo) completed her bachelor of science in Biomedical Engineering at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, USA. After her studies, she pivoted into IT Consulting with Deloitte in Washington D.C., USA. In 2022, she founded the Sodexis Switzerland office in Geneva to lead the expansion of Sodexis services in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She is passionate about using technology to solve the world’s most pressing problems and aid businesses. With 7 years of experience in IT consulting and a strong engineering background, she is uniquely qualified to help organizations translate their business workflows into Odoo and reimagine their business operations.

Gilles Keller

Business Analyst

After studying industrial engineering in Brussels, Gilles worked in the packaging industry for 22 years. First as a development project manager and then as a key account sales manager for an international American firm. Gilles joined Sodexis at the beginning of 2023, and began by opening our subsidiary in France. He immediately integrated the Sodexis team. Thanks to Gilles, not only do we benefit from his industry experience, but we also benefit from his commercial expertise.

Vadim Rau
Business Analyst

Vadim with a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, has a rich 7-year tenure at Lufthansa Cargo Group, specializing in air freight and emergency logistics. Transitioning to the bicycle industry for nearly a decade, he honed his expertise in process and operations management. Since 2017, he’s adeptly worked with Odoo to enhance supply chain efficiencies, showcasing his ability to innovate across varied sectors. In the beginning of 2024, Vadim joined Sodexis, bringing his vast experience to support the company in the German-speaking market.

Elangovan Subramaniam
Director of Operations

Elangovan boasts a professional master's degree in Technology and an impressive 21 years of experience. His journey began with successful completions of multiple full cycles of ERP  implementations before he became an integral part of Sodexis in September 2010. Throughout his illustrious 13-year tenure with Sodexis, he has set himself apart as a strong visionary in the realm of management. His unique leadership style has nurtured an environment where teams operate seamlessly, communicate with transparency, and collectively contribute to enhanced overall performance. This approach has cultivated a harmonious work atmosphere where creativity and innovation thrive, mutually benefiting every element of the organizational ecosystem.

Suganthi Karunanithi

Director of Development

With over 20 years of background in software development, Suganthi has dedicated the last decade to becoming an Odoo specialist.
She demonstrates remarkable expertise in customizing both the core and enterprise modules of Odoo and effectively integrating Odoo with other software solutions. She possesses a strong track record of successfully migrating clients from older Odoo versions to the latest, ensuring a seamless transition and data integrity. Moreover, Suganthi's versatile skills are demonstrated by her experience in implementing Odoo across various platforms, including hosted solutions, Odoo.sh, and Software as a Service (SaaS) deployments, showcasing her adaptability and proficiency in catering to diverse client needs.

Business analysts in the US and Europe

Our Business Analysts are delighted to provide support services across both the United States and Europe. Alongside our headquarters in Florida, we have been assisting clients in Europe since 2019. By 2022, we expanded our presence to Switzerland and France, with native speakers available on-site. Furthermore, beginning in early 2024, we have extended our support to German-speaking customers from our office in Austria.

It's noteworthy that all personnel in India are direct employees of Sodexis, and we do not outsource or subcontract any technical work.
